(PRESS RELEASE) LONDON, 2-Sep-2024 — /EuropaWire/ — Logicor, a leading European owner, manager and developer of logistics real estate, has commenced construction on a new multi-let industrial site in Altrincham, Greater Manchester. The development, named Logicor Park Altrincham, will deliver approximately 43,000 sq ft of high-quality warehouse space across three units, strategically positioned for excellent access to key distribution routes in the North of England.
The project aligns with Logicor’s sustainability goals, targeting EPC A+ and BREEAM Very Good ratings. The site will feature extensive EV charging facilities, LED lighting, and a roof-mounted Solar PV system, offering flexibility for additional solar installations. Moreover, the redevelopment will enhance local biodiversity with the planting of over 1,000 new plants and trees.
This construction is part of Logicor’s broader strategy to deliver over 1.7 million sq ft of sustainable logistics space in the North West and Golden Triangle regions over the next year. The Altrincham units are expected to be available for occupancy in the second half of 2025.
