(PRESS RELEASE) STOCKHOLM, 18-Sep-2024 — /EuropaWire/ — Skanska has been awarded an $87 million contract by the University of North Texas to construct a state-of-the-art research and teaching building on its Denton campus. The project, valued at approximately SEK 920 million, is scheduled to begin in September 2024, with completion anticipated by October 2026.

The 10,300 square-meter (111,000-square-foot) facility will be designed to support collaborative, interdisciplinary research and teaching across a range of scientific fields, including biology, biomedical engineering, chemistry, physics, data science, and computer science.
