(PRESS RELEASE) OSLO, 25-Apr-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — AF Gruppen has been awarded a contract by Lunds Kommun Fastighets AB (LKF) to construct 117 new rental apartments in the Råbykungen district of Lund. The value of the contract is estimated at SEK 189 million, excluding VAT.
The project involves the development of 117 modern rental apartments, along with an underground garage. It will be executed as a turnkey contract, allowing AF Gruppen to manage all aspects of the construction process.
