Digi Communications N.V. announces corporate restructuring of Digi Group’s affiliated companies in Belgium
(IN BRIEF) Digi Communications N.V. has restructured its Belgian affiliates—through Digi Romania and partner Citymesh—effective 16 July 2025, streamlining the shareholding framework and unifying its Belgian operations to simplify governance and bolster operational efficiency.
(“DIGI”), one of the leading European telecommunications companies, listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, would like to inform the market that, on 16 July 2025, Digi Romania and its partner Citymesh in Belgium implemented a series of corporate restructuring operations with respect to the Digi Group’s affiliated companies in Belgium, with the purpose of simplifying the existing shareholding structure and consolidating Digi Group’s operations in Belgium.
