(PRESS RELEASE) STOCKHOLM, 8-Jan-2024 — /EuropaWire/ — Evolution AB (publ) has announced that Jacob Kaplan, the company’s current CFO, will step down from his role, effective February 18, 2025. Kaplan, who joined Evolution in 2016 and has been a key member of the Group Management team, will continue to provide advisory support during a transitional period.
Joakim Andersson (born 1974) has been appointed as Kaplan’s successor. Andersson brings a wealth of experience, having held CFO positions at prominent publicly listed companies, including Kinnevik AB (publ) and Cint Group AB (publ).
