Kaplan, who joined Evolution in 2016 and has been a key member of the Group Management team, will continue to provide advisory support during a transitional period.
Joakim Andersson (born 1974) has been appointed as Kaplan’s successor. Andersson brings a wealth of experience, having held CFO positions at prominent publicly listed companies, including Kinnevik AB (publ) and Cint Group AB (publ).
