This strategic acquisition further strengthens CapMan Infra’s growing northern European data centre platform, which is set to be renamed Kolo DC. The addition of these facilities will enhance CapMan Infra’s footprint in Sweden, a key market for continued expansion.

The three newly acquired data centres, two in Stockholm and one in Piteå, offer Tier 3 equivalent redundancy and high-security infrastructure, with a clientele that includes blue-chip customers. These facilities are equipped with sustainable solutions, such as solar panels and connections to district heating networks, which enable heat reuse. The centres also support high-performance computing (HPC) and AI workloads, making them highly attractive to customers seeking state-of-the-art, sustainable infrastructure solutions.

The Piteå data centre is particularly notable for its cold climate and proximity to renewable energy sources, providing a low total cost of ownership and making it an ideal location for AI customers seeking cost-effective, environmentally friendly solutions.
